trouble remapping my buttons on the kanvas 13 gen 3

hallo, i've bought this tablet a few weeks ago thru the website. i got it to work with the split screen and such but whatever i do the buttons dont wanna remap. i don't understand what i'm doing wrong. i've also looked thru some youtube video's and other stuff but on the youtube it doesn't seem to be the right program screen where you go to the device. picture 1 is my divice screen of the program and picture 2 is the youtube video version. i even tried to run the program as admin. the 3th picture is of the firmware version i'm running atm.

the model number is GS1333 

the buttons is one of the reasons i went for this model and it would be sad if i wasn't able to get it to work
