annoying problem (bought from aliexpress from russia)

every time im trying to draw (regardless if it's tablet mode or display mode) i have to get this:

why, please tell me WHY, it has to point like this while i'm hovering it and then like on purpose, pen just draws just accurately and fine only when it touches the screen, is this some kind of troll with all of your chinese tablets to work like puke?!

i had this same issue with previous display tablet like xppen artist 12 2nd...

please provide an explanation or solution for this extremely annoying problem of yours.

    Thank you for sharing the video. If I understand your issue correctly, you are experiencing an offset with the pen when hovering over the tablet, but not when it touches the surface. Is that correct? 

    If so, I want to clarify that the tablet detects your pen within 10mm of the surface, which is referred to as the "sensing height." While hovering within this range, you may notice a gap between the pen and the surface. Additionally, when you tilt your head, it might appear as if there is an offset.

    The pen accuracy on our pen displays ranges from 0.3mm in the center to up to 1mm at the corners. If the offset you are experiencing falls within this range, it is considered normal. However, if the offset exceeds this range, you can calibrate your pen by following this article: How To Calibrate Your Pen Display?
