how do i fix my pen?
Hallo in januari i bought the kanvas 13 gen 3. along the way i had some problems with setting up the right drive but now that that's fixed and i can finaly program my bottons however i want them a other problem has come to the serves and i've no clue how to fix it.
The pen keeps going in and out of connection for some reason. not only on my photoshop and illustrator program that are from 2024 but also on my desk window itself. i even am not keeping it to far away from the tablet screen. i've tried to fix it by moving the USB from one port to a other and that seems to work for a moment but then it goes back to being glitchy. it's weird cause i'm using the delived power cord that came in the box.
i'm out of idea's to try and just wanna draw already

this list doesn't help alot, i've already done most of these things already so i don't understand whats wrong. the nip of the pen i haven't changed yet cause it looks just fine. and i already did everything else on that just so i changed the nip of the pen just in case and it's working good now which i find weird cause the old nip seems fine from a first few i mean then the nip wasn't working from the start and must have been damaged when send.
