Both dial wheel of Kamvas 13 (gen 3) is janky

I don't know that if the dial wheel on my huoin kamvas 13 gen 3 is needed new firmware update or the wheel needed to be clean

You can try adding a small amount of isopropyl alcohol (preferably 99% concentration) on your dials, turn them left and right, and wait until it dries before turning on the tablet to test. If this step doesn't work, you can try updating the firmware using the applicable link below:

  • Hello, I already updated current version 20.1.1.90 and firmware version is M22c_240606 I did installed GD32 MCU Dfu drivers but I try to upgrade products type and check autoupdate of GS1333_HV902_HUION_M22c_250514 but it failed to do so because I don't know if pressing K1 and K4 (F1 and F4) but giving this error.
