Huion Kamvas 13 (Gen 3) Dial problem

Hello! I bought a Huion Kamvas 13 (Gen 3) GS1333 and I have the following problem: the scroll wheels are not working correctly.

The scroll unintentionally works in the opossite direction. The problem is with both wheels. I am attaching a video demonstration to the letter. Is this a warranty case? Can it be fixed? The drivers are updated. Using isopropyl alcohol and updating firmware isn't helping.

Hi, Daniil. Please try updating your firmware to this version: GS1333_dial_M22c_250514 (Win).zip. Please unzip the file and follow the provided instructions. If this doesn't resolve your issue, please email the following to service@huion.com for further assistance:
1. Order number
2. Serial number (found on the back of the tablet, which starts with S/N)
3. Computer operating system and its version
4. Driver version
5. Firmware version
6. Link to your video demonstrating the problem. Please ensure the link is unrestricted so that anyone with it can access it.
