Vertical Line Screen Flicker Issue - Huion keydial Remote (K40)

I just bought and got my Huion Keydial Remote, Dec 18.

The moment i unbox it and turn it on, to test if it's working, but when i turned it off.... the screen flickers with white vertical line in random positions in the screen. 
Every time i turn off the Device in Wireless mode it happens. 
I don't believe this is normal as some of the people i know don't have this issue. i Will attach a file as a proof and how it looked like

Does the one i got is Faulty?
