seta travada no canto da tela

hoje mudei meu setup de lugar, e ao instalar minha mesa digitalizadora novamente, a seta fica travada no canto superior esquerdo do monitor e a caneta não puxa a seta novamente.

Hi, ArtExtreme Company. the issue you are experiencing is caused by an incorrect working area setting on the driver or a driver conflict. Thus, please try the steps below:
1. Open the driver and check the working area. Ensure your tablet's working area covers the entire display screen coverage. If you have a pen display, your tablet's working area is equivalent to your display screen. Also, set your working area to "Full Area". The setting should look like below.
2. If your screen coverage looks like below, the working area is set incorrectly. Please drag the lines so that the tablet's working area covers the entire screen, similar to the picture in #1 above.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the driver.
4. Put away all unnecessary electronic devices. Electronic interference can also cause the issue you're experiencing.
5. Connect the tablet to another USB port on your computer. Ensure your computer's USB driver is updated.
6. Try connecting your tablet on another computer and see if you experience the same issue.
