Bottom Dial Issue

I just got my new Pen Display (Huion Kamvas 13 Gen 3) on July 1st, but I'm already having an issue with the bottom dial wheel. It feels jumpy and not smooth at all. How can I fix this problem?
  • Hi, Y Zee. I'm sorry about the issue you're experiencing with your Kamvas 13 (Gen 3)'s bottom dial. To resolve your dial issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Apply some alcohol to the dial and turn it clockwise and counterclockwise for several seconds. You can watch this video for guidance: Dial Fix.
    2. If the issue persists, please update your tablet's firmware. You can download the firmware and find the corresponding instructions using this link: Kamvas 13 (Gen 3) Firmware Update.

    Please email the following to service@huion.com if the steps above do not resolve your issue:

    • Order number
    • Serial number (found on the back of your tablet, which starts with S/N)
    • Your computer operating system and its version
    • The driver version you installed on your computer
    • The drawing programs you use and their versions
    • Details of your issue and the steps you've done. We would appreciate it if you could provide a video as well. You can upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud, or other online storages, remove the restriction, and share the unrestricted link with us.
