Touch Bar doesn't work properly in Adobe Animate (Kamvas Pro 16)

Hi, there.

When I set the Touch Bar to Zoom In/Out in Adobe Animate, it zooms out ok but when I go at the opposite direction it make nothing. It only respond when I zoom out.

The weird thing is that this only happends in Animate. In tther software (Photoshop, etc) goes ok, and Animate have no settings for this.

Suggesions?

Hi, Pablo A. Cirilli (PAC). Please try the following options:
1. Manually set your touch bar - assign "Ctrl+=" and "Ctrl+-" to your touch bar.
2. Reset your driver - go to the Settings > "Backup" tab > click "Default Setting". Please ensure to take note of your other settings since doing this step will reset all your shortcuts to default.
If the steps above don't resolve your issue, please provide the following so we can look into this further:
1. Your computer operating system and its version
2. The driver version you installed on your computer
3. Your Adobe Animate version

Hi, Orzila!

First of all problem is solved!
I actually didn't use your suggestion, but it helped me to realize my mistake!
The mistake was that the shortcut I had assigned for Zoom In was wrong, because in the daily basis I use Ctrl+Mouse Wheel to zoom in/out when I work with the monitor. The problem was when I use the Tablet.

So thank you for helped me in one or another way!
