Upcoming Holiday Schedule: Mid-Autumn Festival and Chinese National Golden Week Holiday (September 25-27 and Oct. 1-7, 2026)

We would like to inform you of our upcoming holiday schedule. We will be observing two major Chinese holidays in the coming weeks: the Mid-Autumn Festival and Chinese Golden Week (National Day).

• Mid-Autumn Festival: September 25–27, 2026
• Chinese Golden Week: October 1–7, 2026

About the holidays:

• Mid-Autumn Festival: A traditional family reunion holiday, similar to Thanksgiving. Families admire the full moon, light lanterns, and eat mooncakes—often filled with lotus paste and salted egg yolk. It symbolizes togetherness and completeness.
• Chinese Golden Week: Celebrates the founding of the People’s Republic of China on October 1, 1949. It is a 7-day national holiday—and a peak travel period. It is a time for national celebration and rest.
