When Huion Keydial mini is connected to iPhone or iPad via Bluetooth, you may encounter the following two issues:
1. You can't set shortcuts on Keydial App.
2. It keeps popping up to ask you to re-pair Bluetooth even after it's connected.
Bluetooth firmware and wired firmware that haven't the latest version caused those problems.
Note: Make sure both Bluetooth firmware and wired firmware are up to date.
Please kindly follow the steps below:
Check if Bluetooth firmware needs to be updated
Step1: Go to App Store on your iPhone or iPad to check if the version of Huion keydial app you are using is the latest version. If not, please update it.
Step2: Connect Keydial mini to your iPhone or iPad. Please open Huion Keydial app, it will pop up to ask to update Bluetooth firmware. Please click on "update immediately"
Check if wired firmware needs to be updated
Step1: Go to App Store on your iPhone or iPad to check if the version of keydial app you are using is the latest verison. If not, please update it.
