Kamvas Pro 13 turning off main monitor

I got my Kamvas Pro 13 yesterday, worked fine with my other monitor even after turning it off, unplugging it, and restarting my computer. Only today when I plug the Kamvas Pro 13 in, it turns off my main monitor and Windows 10 no longer detects it. I've read another person having the same or similar problem to me with their Kamvas 13 (2020) just today on the subreddit too. So I'm assuming this is a problem with Huion's drivers. I've updated all of my drivers including Windows 10. Please tell me if there's a new driver to fix this issue.

Thank you.

  • I checked the other person's post and they did not have the issue as me. However I'm still going to assume that it's a problem with some driver whether it be huion or something else because this was not happening yesterday.

  • Hi  Ci Fur, to troubleshoot, please provide the information requested below:

    1. Does the driver's interface shows "Device Connected"?
    2. Please provide a video to show the problem. (upload to Dropbox or Google Drive would be preferred).

Moreover, please reply to us in the ticket and provide the product information so we can help resolve your issue.

  • I replied to the ticket already but I might as well do it here too.

    1. Does the driver's interface shows "Device Connected"?:

Yes, when I plug the Kamvas Pro 13 in it says "Device Connected"

It's a Kamvas Pro 13, cables are fine and secured. Reinstalled Huion driver twice, updated my graphics card and Windows 10. Wasn't happening the day before.

  • Replied to the email but might as well reply here too

    1. Yes

  • Hi Ci Fur, thank you for your immediate reply. There were 2 tickets created for the same issue so we have merged those tickets to avoid confusion on which ticket to reply to; we left the former one open and the latter one closed.

May you please try to check on this article and see if it will resolve your issue: How to Set the Duplicate Mode or Extend Mode on Windows While Using Huion Pen Display?

  • Windows isn't able to detect monitor #1 when I turn the Kamvas (monitor #2) on. When I plug #2 in, it instantly turns off monitor #1 and windows wont detect it. Again, a couple days ago when I got the Kamvas, I was able to have both monitors on, but now it doesn't work.

  • Hi Ci Fur, we will further assist you through your ticket since we need to further look into what caused your issue. Thank you!
