h610 pro ver 2 not working

i just bought the tablet today but the pen didnt work even when it said device connected and it doesnt connect

  • im currently using macbook air and download. the 1610 pro ver 2 driver

  • Hi lyna, thank for your reply. I am hoping you can provide me with the specific Mac OS you are using like MacOS Catalina 10.15.4 or MacOS High Sierra 10.13.2. As for the driver, have you installed Driver_14.4.4.200417 version?


    Kindly try to go to Mac System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Accessibility. Check if you have the "TabletDriverAgent" and "HuionTablet" added to the whitelist. If you haven't, please add these and make sure that they are ticked. Unplug then plug your tablet back in and check if this resolves your issue. You can try reinstalling the driver which may help resolve your issue as well.
