Screen black at bottom - brand new purchased 4 days ago
Brand new Kamvas Pro 16 has a 1 1/2" black line at the bottom. I have tried it on multiple computers. Using 3-n-1 cord that came with the tablet. I seen another post from a customer from 12 days ago with the same issue and did as suggested by support (with the exception of trying another cord as I do not have another cord nor am I going to buy one.) Is there a problem with this product? Should I just return it to Amazon?
