My Pen isn't working and support is not replying to my ticket.

I have a Huion Kamvas Pro 20 and the pen suddenly stopped working in the middle of an illustration.

I have tried everything I can think of, even ordered a new pen, and nothing has worked. I have only had this tablet for 4 or 5 months. 


I am desperate. This tablet is the only tool I have to work with. I am a professional illustrator. I have had to put clients and new jobs on hold for this issue, and no one is helping me. Please help me. My warranty is still good. I need a replacement or some sort of solution NOW. Please, I am begging for someone to please help me with this- I cannot work until this is complete and deadlines are coming fast.
