Is anyone able to get in contact with support?

I ordered the 3-in-1 cable CB01 because the one I had before broke. I placed the order last Friday and requested expedited shipping. I kind of figured it would get here this week but it hasn't shown up yet.. I tried to email support and it created a ticket that has been processing for 2 days with no answer. I'm getting kind of antsy and I really want the cable because I can't use my tablet without it. Can someone help me? Is anyone else having trouble getting in contact with support?

After setting up your extended display, open your tablet driver and set your tablet as your main display:

  1. Open the tablet driver and click on "Work Area"
  2. On "Select Current Display", choose which display is for your tablet and click on "Apply" or "OK".image

I ordered a kamvas 13 17 days ago and I haven't recieved any news on the order or anything. I was wondering if they are sending orders or if I'll have to wait more. I understand it's hard with the outbreak, but I wanted to know it it's really gonna be delivered, to know if I should cancel my order or not. Thanks

DANIELLA Banks,  what happened to your tablet? did it come defected or broken?
Jarret Van, you mean to tell me that the tablet with the pen won't function unless it is in a program.
unlike wacom which you can use as another monitor and can use the pen instead of a mouse?

i live in china, Zhuhai, as far as i can see in your online store there is no charge for delivering within China, is this correct?.
also, what is the ETA for the item to be deliver within China.?

Hi Yuri, you can use our tablet's pen like a mouse if you want to. What Jarret Van was referring to was about using our products to draw. Thus, you need a drawing program to create your drawings such as Photoshop, Medibang, Krita, Clip Studio Paint and so on. 


We employ a number of quality checks before our products leave our factory. However, in the course of transportation, there may be some unexpected circumstances that may occur. But you don't have to worry since we have a 1-year warranty for all our products that are purchased from our authorized online and offline platforms. If you need our assistance, you can always contact us through service@huion.com.

Hi Ariel Jiménez Román, I was able to pull up your ticket and I saw that you have 2 issues: bill inquiry and registration issue. Due to the Kamvas 13 being a newly released product, we are still working on updating the serial numbers in our online database.
