Kamvas Pro 13 pen isn't working

I bought a KAMVAS Pro 13 at October 22, and it was working fine, although the screen came "stuffed". But my current problem is the pen. The cursor isn't following the pen, This only works when I keep pressed one of the pen buttons. I already tried to reinstall the drivers and to recalibrate several times.

Hi Bia Martins, I'm sorry for the late reply. May you please clarify what you mean by the screen is "stuffed"? 


With regard to your pen problem, does your tablet driver show as "Device connected"? What driver version have you installed?


Kindly try the following steps so we will know the root cause of your issue:

  1. Please uninstall the tablet driver and make sure there are no other tablet drivers installed on your computer, whether from Huion or other brands. Having multiple tablet drivers installed on your computer may cause issues with the tablet driver.
  2. Unplug your tablet and plug it back in. Then test if the pen works well without the tablet driver. If it does, then the issue is with the driver. Otherwise, it may be caused by other factors. 
  3. Unplug your tablet from your computer again and reboot your computer.
  4. Install the latest driver for your tablet which you can download from this link, Huion Kamvas Pro 13 Tablet Display Drivers, and follow the installation process from these articles: How to Install Huion Drivers on Windows (Windows computer) and How to Install Huion Driver on MacOS (Mac computer)
  5. After the tablet driver has been successfully installed, please plug your tablet back in and test if the pen works without any issues.

If your issue is not resolved even after following the above-mentioned steps, please take a video as you follow the steps above and in testing your tablet with your drawing programs. After which, please send the following information to service@huion.com so we can assist you further, including the answer to my questions above:

  • Purchase order number;
  • Product serial number (S/N), which can be found at the back of your unit;
  • Link where you purchased the item;
  • Operating system of computer;
  • Version of the program used;
  • Does the issue persist in other programs? If yes, what programs and version does it persist?
  • A video that clearly shows your issue (kindly send it through WeTransfer or upload to Dropbox or Google Drive and grant permission to anyone with a link to view it).
