calibration issue

where is the calibration setting? I can't find it.


Hi YOLANDA MARTINEZ, regarding your calibration issue, please follow the steps below:

  • On your computer settings, go to Display Settings > Display > Screen resolution > Make text and other items at 100%.¬†
  • Align the top of the screens.image¬†
  • Uninstall your tablet driver, unplug your tablet from your computer, reboot your computer, reinstall the latest tablet driver version for your tablet, then plug your tablet back in.

If the methods above do not resolve your issue, please send the following information to service@huion.com:

  • Product order number;
  • Product serial number (S/N) which can be found at the back of your unit;
  • Link where you purchased the item;
  • A video that clearly shows your issue (kindly send it through WeTransfer or upload it to Google drive and grant permission to anyone with the link to view it).

Im still having isuues with calibration. The pen mouse is far away from the pen. The cable to charge the pen keeps pushing itself out of the entrance to where its plugged in.

Hi Gisella Adiletta, thank you for your inquiry. May I know what the version of the tablet driver you have installed is? If you are using the driver version 13 or 14, kindly open your tablet driver and you can find the calibration settings by pressing on "Work Area" as seen on the image below:
