Unable to connect Kamvas Pro 13

Hello, I recently bought the Huion Kamvas Pro 13. I was finishing setting it up and tried to connect it to my laptop but after I plugged in all the cables it said 'no signal'. I have a macbook pro (one without an HDMI port) so i swapped adapters and still ' no signal'. I tried restarting my laptop and unplugging/replugging the cables, again 'no signal'. Is it laptop that isn't picking up the tablet as a monitor, or are my cables just funky?

 

If theres anyone with answers, help is greatly appreciated

Hi Trish Lao-ang, thank you for posting your issue. Have you checked if the adapter you're using is working? Do you have access to another computer that you can test your tablet on? We would appreciate if you can test it so we can determine if the issue is consistent with other computers. If it is, it may be possible that the issue is with the 3-in-1 cable. 

Kindly send the following information to service@huiontablet.com so we can assist you further:

  • Product order number;
  • Product serial number (S/N), which can be found at the back of your unit;
  • Link where you purchased the item;
  • A video that clearly shows your issue (kindly send it through WeTransfer or upload to Google drive and grant permission to allow anyone with a link to view it).
