I bought a kanvas Pro 22 on on february this year. Since yesterday, the pen is not working as it should be. I attached a file where you can see what happens when I try to draw circles and straight lines, it only registers the start and the end of lines.
I turned off my computer, and tried after a few hours without luck. I'm using a Macbook pro with Mojave btw.
When I uninstalled the drivers as huion faqs page suggested, and tried the pen again, it was doing the same thing. I updated the drivers and the problem is still there.

Hi Esther Velasquez, thank you for reporting your problem. Since the pen only registers the start and end of the lines with and without the driver, there may be an issue with your pen. Do you happen to have an access to a Windows computer? We just need you to do one more test before we can come up with a conclusion. I look forward to your reply. Thank you!
