Inspiroy H950P mouse keeps moving

My tablet just arrived today, (ordered from Amazon) and didn't come in a cardboard box except the huion box itself. There were a few small scratches on the box and a small dent in the corner, but I didn't think much of it. Once opened and plugged in, my mouse keeps moving towards the botom right corner of my screen. Is this normal, and if not, how can I fix it?

Hi  Justanartist, thank you for posting your issue. Have you installed the driver and does it show "Device connected"? If you have installed a driver, please try doing the following steps:

  1. Uninstall the tablet driver, unplug your tablet from your computer and plug it back in.
  2. Test your tablet if it works without any issues without the driver. If it does, then the issue is with the driver. If it still has some issues, then it may be due to a problem with the pen or the tablet itself.
  3. Unplug your tablet from your computer again and reboot your computer. 
  4. Download the latest driver for your tablet from this link: HUION H950P Tablet Drivers
  5. After installing the driver, connect your tablet to your computer and test if it works without any issues this time.

If you still encounter some issues, you may need to update your firmware. Kindly download the firmware from this link:  https://www.huion.com/firmware.html and follow the instructions found in this article: How to upgrade the firmware for Huion product (NOTE: Not all tablet models need firmware update)


If doing all the steps above still does not resolve your issue, please send an email to service@huiontablet.com so we can assist you further:

  • Product order number;
  • Product serial number (S/N), which can be found at the back of your unit;
  • Link where you purchased the item;
  • A video that clearly shows your issue (kindly send it through WeTransfer or upload to Google drive and grant permission to allow anyone with a link to view it).
