My H640p tablet won't work on my Mac Os Catalina

Hi, so my tablet won't work maybe because I've just updated my MacBook Pro to the latest version of it (which is Mac Os Catalina). I've searched it on YouTube, Google, and this website and I still can't fix it. So... can you help me..., please?


Hi Rafky Subhan Kamil Nasution, thank you for reporting your issue. Was the tablet connected to your computer when you updated it? Kindly follow the steps below which will help resolve your issue:

  1. Uninstall your tablet driver. Make sure there is no tablet driver left on your computer, whether from HUION or other brands. Having multiple tablet drivers installed on your computer will cause your tablet to not work properly.
  2. Unplug the tablet from your computer then reboot your computer.
  3. Plug the tablet back into your computer and test if it works without the driver. If it does, then the issue is with the driver. If it still doesn't, the issue may be caused by either the pen, tablet or other reasons. 
  4. Unplug your tablet again and reinstall the latest driver for your tablet which you can download from this link: HUION H640P Drivers.
  5. After tablet driver has been successfully reinstalled, please plug your tablet back into your computer and test it.

If the steps above still do not resolve your issue, please send an email to service@huiontablet.com with the following information:

  • Product serial number (which can be found at the back of the tablet)
  • Purchase order number
  • Link where you purchased your tablet
  • A video that clearly shows your issue (you can also send it through WeTransfer or upload it to Google Drive and make sure you grant permission to anyone who has the link to be able to view it)
