My Huion Kamvas Pro 13 is not giving signal

I recently received a Huion Kamvas Pro 13 and it was working normally, but a few days ago it started saying that it does not have any signal and then it goes to sleep mode.


I tried using the pen on the huion and it worked but it wasn't showing any image.


By the way, sorry if the english is not the best, but please if anyone knows the answer please tell me. Thank you

Hi Olivar, thank you for posting your issue with your Kamvas Pro 13. May you please try to do the troubleshooting steps found in this article: What to Do If Your Huion Pen Display Shows A Black Screen or No Signal. If doing so still does not resolve your concern, your 3-in-1 cable may be defective. Please send the following information to service@huiontablet.com:

  1. Product Serial Number (found at the back of your tablet)
  2. Purchase Order Number
  3. Link where you purchased your tablet
  4. A video showing your problem clearly (kindly send it through WeTransfer or upload it to Google Drive and please make sure you grant permission to anyone who has the link).

Thank you for the help, I still don't know what happened but I did something that made my huion work normal again

Hi Alena, I would love to help you but I don't know what happened, I think I've made something with the pen. You probably have already tried to do this, but restart your computer, this problem was back yesterday and I just restart the computer and it worked
