Tablet Model Q11K not working at all !

Tablet model Q11K ID:2AFEJ-H16WT

 Hello, I have an Macbook Pro from 2009 with OS El Capitain 10.11.6 and after I installed the driver and opened up the tabletDriverUI I can change the button and pen preferences, nothing respond. The pen doesn't respond at the test pression neither in Photoshop... The tablet doesn't work and when I try any button it will close the TabletDriver UI with an error message ! What is this ? Isn'it suppose to be easy to install ?

Need help or I will a refund because I can't use this tablet !

  • Hi Evan, thank you for reporting your concern. Does your tablet driver show "Device connected"? If it does, please make sure you have the necessary Huion applications in our white list so the programs can run without any issues. Please refer to the following articles:

    If the issue is not resolved after reinstalling the driver, please send the following information to service@huiontablet.com for further assistance:

    1. Product Serial Number (found at the back of your tablet)
    2. Purchase Order Number
    3. Link where you purchased your tablet
    4. A video showing your problem clearly (kindly send it through WeTransfer or upload it to Google Drive and please make sure you grant permission to anyone who has the link).
