h610Pro Not Responsive

We have a h610Pro and after about two days it stopped responding to the drawing area. Pressing the buttons still gives the light up response, but anything to the drawing area/screen isn't responding, we've tried with both the pen that the tablet came with and one that went with a h610Pro V2. The drivers haven't been helping and we've tried to use it on Windows and a Mac. Anything we can do?

Thank you for reporting your problem. Does the pen work without the tablet driver? If it does, then the issue is with the driver; either the incorrect driver was installed, the driver is not the latest version or the computer settings are not properly set. 


If the pen still doesn't work without the driver, you can try the following steps:

  • Uninstall the tablet driver, unplug your tablet, reinstall the tablet driver, plug your tablet back in and see if it works. 
  • Try using a different USB cable
  • Try using a different USB port
  • Try changing the pen nib (please make sure there are no dust particles or dirt in the pen tip since dust and dirt will hamper the pen's performance)

If the tablet works when you use a different cable or port, then the issue is with the cable or port. If the tablet works if the pen nib is changed, the issue is with the nib.

  • A video that clearly shows your issue.
