1060p lagging issue

 Hello. From last friday my tablet 1060P began to lagging. I noticed that during lags those green lights on tablet  go out - like it was disconnected from PC for a seconds. I update my Windows 10, gave driver application top priority, turn off pc tablet features from windows 10, update videocard driver, tried to use previous huion drivers - but all were useless... And as i see on social network, many other people have the same problem. Please, do something, my work freezed!
