Keyboard Malfunctions when Tablet is Plugged in

Starting yesterday, when I plug my tablet in (Kamvas 13) my keyboard starts going wild. It holds down a random key and I can't do anything. It also holds down Ctrl key sometimes or just is constantly pressing a letter, so I can't even type or open anything.

I've re installed drivers multiple times, even using an older version. computer works fine when tablet is not plugged in, it starts immediately when i plug it in.

i think i've had this issue before. tablet was working fine, as i was drawing yesterday, then all of a sudden i just couldn't use the shortcut buttons, and ctrl was held down until i restarted my computer. now i can't plug it in without it just pressing buttons. why is it doing this..? is the tablet broken or is there some driver issue?? i've tried everything i can think of and look up online.
