Pen keeps freezing everytime i click.

I have a Kamvas 20 and it was perefectly fine yesteraday until today it started freezing everytime i click or draw. I cannot do a single straight line.

Hi Pamela, kindly try the following steps:
1. Change your pen nib with a new one, making sure there are no dusts inside your pen tip. Dust particles can cause your pen to malfunction.
2. Uninstall the tablet driver, disconnect your tablet from your computer, restart your computer, then reconnect your tablet. Test if your pen works fine without the driver.
3. Disconnect your tablet from your computer, turn off your antivirus, close your drawing programs, and install the latest driver version for your tablet. If you have the latest one, try installing the older version.
4. Try using your tablet on another drawing software and check if you still experience the same problem.
5. Try connecting your tablet to another computer, if you can access one.
