Huion Drivers Conflicting with Bluetooth Drivers: Not Working

I am a Kamvas 12 user, and as of late when I switched to my new laptop, An HP with an AMD Ryzen 5 processor, running Windows 10, Suddenly the compatibility has been awful. It rarely ever works and it's seriously destroying my work flow. Every time this happens my audio drivers fail as well so it seems like they're conflicting. I have reinstalled the Kamvas 12 drivers specifically over 20 times, tried current and old versions, and followed every step I can find trying to fix this. Please, someone help me. 

  • Hi Waunya, I'm sorry about your experience with your new laptop. Kindly try uninstalling the tablet driver, disconnect your tablet, restart your computer, and reconnect your tablet. Try using it without the driver and check if you experience the same issue or any issue in that matter. Kindly provide the following as well:

    1. The driver version you installed on your new laptop
    2. Your new laptop's Windows 10 version and build
    3. Your new laptop's specific model (so we can check the specifications)

  • I have tried both versions of the driver directly available for the windows build on the Kamvas 12 driver download page. The same problem persists. I've attached the requested details.

  • I will also reiterate, like I stated before, I have already done those steps. I have followed every guide I can find trying to fix this for days on end. 

  • It is worth noting, It does not work any better with the drivers uninstalled, for some reason the computer just refuses to detect anything but the monitor
