Huion 16 (2021) Press Keys Not Saving

I just got my Kamvas 16 (2021) today and i'm having problems setting up the Custom Press Keys on the tablet itself and the pen.

Whenever i try to create a custom command, it just reverts back to the original, i'm really confused and obviously need these buttons please help

1. Uninstall and reinstall your tablet driver. Kindly refer to the necessary articles from this page to ensure that you have installed our driver correctly: Huion Support: Setup & Use
2. Try customizing your press keys by following this article: How to Customize Press Keys and Digital Pen Button Functions for Specific Software.
If you still experience the issue, please let me know so I can create a ticket for you. Please provide the following as well:
1. Your computer operating system and version
2. The driver version you installed
3. Your drawing programs and their versions
4. A video as you customize the press keys
