Problem with my HS611

I've been using my tablet for almost 3 years now, there haven't been any issues until now. When I try to draw or to trace something on my screen, the lines seem to be cut (as if I stopped drawing) or there are spots where the screen won't detect the pen. I have already tried unplugging the device and checking the drivers, what could it be or what should I do?

If you continue having issues with your pen, please let me know and provide the following so I can assist you further:

    1. The first 7 digits of your serial number (found on the back of your tablet, which starts with S/N. Example: ABDE8SH)
    2. Your computer operating system and version
    3. Tablet Driver version (open your tablet driver > Settings >About)
