huion 420 doesn't work on my mac
when i connect my tablet the driver says that its connected but the little green light on the tablet doesnt light up (is it supposed to?). i think the cable is good because its almost brand new (i recieved it for christmas but was too lazy to connect it earlier until now).
Hi Vincent, the tablet's LED light will only turn on when the pen nib is touching the tablet's working area surface or when you press the pen buttons while the pen is within the sensing height of 12mm. Moreover, please ensure you install the driver first. Please refer below:
Please ensure to insert a new AAA battery in your pen and switch it on before using. Feel free to contact us at service@huion.com if you need further assistance and provide your tablet's Serial Number (found on the back of your tablet, which starts with S/N), your MacOS version, the driver version you installed, and details of your issue.

Hi Vincent, since the driver detects your tablet, please open your System Preferences and go to Security & Privacy > Privacy tab > Accessibility > ensure TabletDriver app is ticked. Still in the Privacy tab, click "Input Monitoring" then tick the "TabletDriver" app as well. Quit the driver and reopen it. If needed, try restarting your computer. Please try to uninstall and reinstall the driver as well.
