HS611 not working/lagging on Google, help

Hello, my HS611 Huion tablet doesn't work properly on Google. It lags every four seconds for about 1-2 seconds [it stops moving during those seconds]. Pen pressure doesn't seem to be working on Google either.

It is working just fine on other drawing programs.

Could you tell me what I should do?

I have tried updating my 'Huion Firmware' that I installed while trying to fix the problem, but it's not updating. I do that one step that it says I should but then it does not do anything further. It doesn't update.

  • Hi Vyrim, I'm sorry about the lagging issue you're having and the difficulties in updating your tablet's firmware. To address your lagging issue, kindly try the following:

    1. Open your tablet driver > click "Settings" > go to "General" tab >click "Administrator Privileges" button if you see it. If you don't see it, your driver has already been granted the necessary access to your computer. 
    2. Click "Digital Pen" and ensure "Enable Windows ink" is ticked. Then test if your tablet works fine on Google.

    Regarding your firmware update problem, kindly try the following steps:

    1. Download the latest firmware update tool fromt his link: Huion Download Center
    2. Follow the upgrade steps in this article: How to Update Your Huion Tablet's Firmware(Windows)

  • I appreciate the help but it hasn't quite been fixed yet.


    The changes that have been made are that I clicked on the Administrator Privileges button. I tried reinstalling the Firmware, but that problem remains the same with updating, as described before.

    Windows Ink is enabled but it was before as well. 


    It's still lagging on Google, not sure why.


    Any alternative solutions?



    The pen pressure issue on Google isn't one to worry about.
