[Kamvas 22 plus] mouse like grid with pen

When I draw on extremally zoomed out canvas the pen begins to behave like mouse with this grid pattern.

For reference top is mouse and bottom is my pen (pen is somehow even worse).

Its not only in one app I tried multiple.

I tried: restarting, newest drivers, disabling sleepmode, basically everything internet came up with. I need smth new to try.

I don't even know why this happened it just appeared over night.
