My Huion WH1409(8192) tablet doesn't charge using the USB cable

For the past few weeks, whenever I try to connect my tablet to my computer using the USB cable, the charging light doesn't turn on, and the tablet doesn't connect to the computer, except when I use the wireless USB option. I'm running low on battery, and I've tried connecting it to both the computer and a regular phone charger, but neither of these options worked. I don't think the problem lies with the cable or the computer because I tested the cable by charging my phone, and it worked perfectly fine. The day before the tablet last connected, my Windows computer displayed a message saying it couldn't recognize the USB device. It's important to note that I have always connected the tablet using the USB cable in the past because I couldn't find the wireless USB option, and I never had this issue before. What could be the real problem, and how can I fix it?
