HUION 1060PLUS Pen Suddenly Not Working

The pen was usable yesterday just fine. For some reason, this morning, when I open my PC, it just doesn't work. I tried to change the USB port, reinstall the driver, and restart the PC. I also tried it on another computer too. There are no visible defects on the pen. When I hover or press the pen over the tablet, the tablet doesn't light up, and when I try to charge the pen there is no red flare. The tablet itself works just fine when I press the buttons or such.
