Protect film (red labels)
Hi, i buy a kamvas 16 2.5k who come yesterday but the screen doesnt come with the protector film ( with red labels ) i saw many videos of unboxing and all others have the plastic film, is this normal? i want to know if this is not a refurbished product or something because i buyed a "new product".
Hi Felipe Perez, thank you for contacting us. Rest assured that the product you received is brand new. We have changed the inside package of the items when they are packed in the factory.
