My Kamvas Pro 20 2019 tablet is no longer working

Hello,

I have noticed that my tablet has broken down.

While my tablet was working fine until then, I took a break from work... 

I did some manipulations on my computer (I installed an extension on my Chrome browser) and when I wanted to get back to my work, the tablet was not working anymore.

I don't know if there is a cause and effect.

The screen is still working, the keys too but the pen is no longer located. I did a test with the driver too but it doesn't work anymore ....

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver several times, I have restarted my computer several times.

Nothing works.

Can you help me please?
