Pen drawing straight lines on different softwares

i have the cheapest version which is the huion h420x. no matter the computer or software i use this, the pen will always make a straight line at first while i am trying to draw. ive went into settings, ive tried videos relating the matter but have not come up with a solution. i bought brand new and just got frustrated and never used again. its now a couple months old but still has the same issue it did when i first bought it

Hi Heavin Ranee Gorr, I'm sorry to know about your frustrations. Kindly try the following steps:
1. Change your pen nib with a new one.
2. Put away all unnecessary electronic devices.
3. Use your tablet without a driver (make sure you unplug your tablet and plug it back in after uninstalling the driver), and check whether it works fine. If it does, then the issue is caused by the driver. So please install the latest driver from this link: Huion H420X Graphic Tablet Drivers. Please refer to this article on how to properly install the driver:
- Windows: How to Install Huion Drivers on Windows
- Mac: How to Install Huion Driver on MacOS
If the issue is not resolved using the latest driver and even without the driver, it is possible that your pen may be defective so please send the following to service@huion.com for further testing and for your warranty claim, if needed:
- Serial number
- Order number
- Link where you purchased your tablet
- Your computer operating system
- Version of the tablet driver you installed
- A summary of all the steps you've done so far
