my Hs611 doesn't work

hello, I bought an HS611.

But since I received it, I haven't managed to use it yet.
when i plug it into my mac, it connects but loses the connection like after 10-15 seconds. I also noticed that the pen was super sensitive for the few seconds of grip.
Could you help me please,  this is my first tablet and I don't understand how it works. thanks in advance

Hi Thierry Guggisberg, may you please provide the following:
- Your MacOS version
- Version of the tablet driver you've installed
Kindly try the following steps:
1. Connect your tablet to a different USB port and make sure the port is working fine
2. If you have access to a different computer, please check whether the issue is the same with another unit.
3. Try changing your pen nib with a new one and see if the pen is still super sensitive.
4. If you have another similar cable, please try using a different cable and see if it will still lose connection.
5. Try uninstalling and reinstalling your driver.
