NO SIGNAL - Huion Kamvas Pro 20 (2019)

Hi! I recently purchased Huion Kamvas Pro 20 (2019) through Shopee. It arrived on Monday (17 August 2021). I have trying to connect it to my laptop but it the display is showing "NO SIGNAL". The pen works perfectly fine but the tablet is blank and not sowing any display.  I have checked the HDMI cable with other monitor and its working perfectly fine. However the tablet still display "NO SIGNAL" for a few seconds before going blank everytime I turn on. Kindly assist. Thank you.
