Hi Pinky Crocodile, it is possible that your cable or your HDMI port may be defective. Kindly connect a different display screen to your computer using the same HDMI port and check if the other display screen works fine. If you have access to another computer, please try your tablet on a different computer and see if it displays the same grainy output.
Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)

It was just my DVI-HDMI converter. I changed it and it already works! Sorry for the issue. I have one question. I see that the tablet have a DVI port too, what kind of cable do I need to connect to the DVI port? My NVIDIA graphics card has just DVI ports and I had to buy a converter from HDMI to DVI, so I want to know if I can connect it directly.

Hi Pinky Crocodile, I'm glad to know that you've found the cause of your issue. If your graphics card only has DVI ports, then you can just use a DVI cable instead of an HDMI one. Our package just has the HDMI cable included since it is the type that is widely used.

Kindly try the steps in this article as well and see if it is caused by other factors: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/grainy-and-pixelated-screen-win-10/1012c42f-dedd-46b7-ba10-513e5edc38d9. If it is still the same, please send an email to service@huion.com with the following so we can check if a replacement cable can resolve your issue, or if you need a tablet replacement if you are still within the warranty period:
