My Q620M wireless feature doesnt work

I try to re-install the driver a lot for solve the problem. wired connection is work well but when I try to connect with wireless dongle, it doesnt work. the driver said ' Device disconnected '. It's so annoying and boring.

Do you have any suggestion?

Hi Itsarayut Seangjan, when using the wireless receiver, please make sure to turn your tablet on.

NOTE: When using the wireless receiver, you have to make sure to unplug the USB cable and vice versa.

If you have turned the tablet on and the driver still shows "Device disconnected", please try connecting through another USB port. If you have access to another computer, please try connecting it using a different computer unit. If your tablet won't connect using the wireless receiver still, it is possible that your wireless receiver is defective. Kindly send the following information to service@huion.com so we can assist you with a replacement:
- Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
- Order number
- Link where you purchased your tablet
- A link to a video that shows that the tablet works using the USB cable and won't when using the wireless receiver.
