Pen off Centre?

So I just got the Huion Kamvas 13, and it's set up fine BUT the pen won't work? It works perfectly fine when I'm not drawing, but as soon as I put it on the canvas in clip studio, it's off centre by a LOT. I'm including a link to a tweet where I demonstrated the problem. I have tried both drivers, the latest one, the older one, and both at the same time. I've restarted my PC multiple times, and can't find a solution :/ any advice?
