Delete hotkey is not working

I just bought H640p and I want to set 3 buttons: copy paste and delete to use on my reviews in need to perform on office apps and pdf. The copy and paste functions work but delete no. Can anyone help me understand what I need to do to have this working? Thanks

Hi Carolina Sá, what shortcut function did you use for delete? May you please take a video on how you tried to perform the delete function in the different programs you are using? Kindly provide the following as well
- Your computer's operating system and version
- The version of the tablet driver you've installed
- What apps are you using and the versions?
