First time using Huion Kamvas pro 12

Hello,

This is the first time I've bought a product from Huion. So my package with the product came in on 1/29/21 and I was excited to use it however, I had a major problem getting it to work. For instance when I plugged in the Type-C plug into the tablet even the slightest movement would turn it off. And when trying to plug in the USB and HDMI cables they weren't connecting to my laptop. So I don't know if something is wrong with the tablet itself as it does turn on or if it's the 3 in 1 cables that are broken. I could really use some helpful advice.
