Issuse with Kanvas Pro 13

I have just bought a Kanva pro 13. Have installed drivers and plugged it all in. My desktop is shown on the Kanvas pro screen. However when I open photoshop nothing apears on the Kanvas screen it shows that photoshop is open by the icon. Photoshop is running fine as I can see it on my PC monitor. Is there something I am missing? Do I have to do some more setup to gwt programs to appear on the Kanvas and my PC at the same time.

  • Hi Tom Clayton, please hold down the "Shift" key then right-click the Photoshop icon on the task bar and click "Move". Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the Photoshop window back to your screen.

  • Due to some reason my kamvas pro 13 keeps on getting disconnected from my laptop in between of my work. The screen then says no signal and blacks out. Although I have installed the driver and also updated my graphics card it doesn't seem to work. What should I do to solve this issue?
  • Hi Niharika Mandal, if it continues to get disconnected, it is possible that your cable may be defective. Please try the following:

    1. Make sure that your cables are properly and securely plugged
    2. Try connecting your tablet to a different computer, if you have access to another unit, and check whether you still have the same disconnection issue
    3. If you have an extra cable that you can try, please use another cable and see if the same issue happens


    If all steps above do not make a difference, please send the following to service@huion.com so we can assist you further:

    • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
    • Order number
    • A link to a video that captures your cable connection from your tablet to your computer and capture the disconnection issue as well. You can just use your phone camera to record the video provided that we can clearly see the said issue. You can send the video using WeTransfer or you can upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive. If you upload it, please make sure you remove the restrictions so anyone who has the link can access it.
