Pen and screen
Hello, I’ve been having trouble With my pen. And screen. I have a kamvas 16 and ever since yesterday I’ve been having trouble wi to my pen being offset. I do the the thing with the crosses and you click the red dots. (My apologies I get remember what it’s called.) and it straightens it up for a bit but then something happens and my mouse ends up on the other screen I have to do the thing with the cross and red dots again. And the screen setting changes whenever it does this. Please help it’s very frustrating and I’m new to the kamvas 16
Hi Royalballet422, kindly refer to this article on how to setup your tablet driver's work area to your Kamvas 16: How to Set Your Tablet Display Work Area. Setting your work area correctly will normally resolve your calibration issue. If in case you still encounter the problem, please reinstall the latest driver for your tablet. With regard to your mouse pointer ending up to the other screen, it is possible that one of your pen buttons is set to switch screen. Please see image below:
To prevent this from happening, you can just change the pen buttons to perform different functions.
