Hi APX Flar, thank you for purchasing our Kamvas 22 Plus. I regret to inform you that our tablets are not compatible to Chromebooks as of this time.
Do you have access to a computer running on Windows 7 or later or MacOS 10.12 or later? We recommend you connect your tablet to computers running on those said operating systems and install the corresponding drivers to be able to use our tablets' features.
Best Regards,
HUION Customer Support

Hello!
I've just purchased a Kamvas Pro 12, which is stated on this website to be compatible with Chrome OS 88. However, I don't see that option here when I attempt to upload the manuals. I was wondering if there's anything that I can do.

Hi Jane Doe, Kamvas Pro 12 is compatible with ChromeOS 88.0.4324. You don't need to install any drivers to use your tablet on a ChromeOS computer; it's just plug and play.

Good evening! Thank you so much for your help previously, and I apologize for being a bother but upon looking at tutorial videos, it's to my understanding that I need the driver to help set up my keys?
I don't fully understand it myself. The farthest I've gotten is to have the Kamvas screen mirror my computer screen-- though it only shows the dash board and not the current tabs I'm on.
My apologies once more, but I'm simply as a loss here, and there are no instructions on how to proceed with a ChromeOS computer.

Hi Jane Doe, I'm sorry to let you know that as of the moment, we don't have drivers for Chrome OS. Thus, you won't be able to use your tablet and pen buttons, nor can you customize it since you would need a driver for that. The tutorial videos you may have watched are either using Windows or Mac OS where we have drivers available for those operating systems.
The only thing that you can do with your Kamvas Pro 12 on your Chrome OS computer is to use the pen to draw with pressure sensitivity.
Best Regards,

Hi Hillyardt 1014, yes, you can use an HDMI to USB-C adapter. But please make sure that your USB-C port is capable of display connectivity. But if your Chromebook has VGA, DVI, or DP ports, you can purchase the corresponding adapters for these ports.

Good afternoon ,
I'm writing to ask if there are news for Chrome OS computer's drivers.
My daughter has a Huion Kamvas pro 13 and she can not use the keys for the easy functions. (for example zoom).
In the last time, Chrome OS is becaming a big reality for the students and teachers, for this resons is very starnge that a big company as Hunion don't issue the deivers for this OS .
I hope to have good news for your side shortly.

Hi Star Bloxxer, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the tablet. May I know if the display shows "no signal" when you I plug it into my chromebook and outlet. If you did not plug HDMI cable of 3in1 cable into your chromebook, the screen won't show as there is no signal transfer. May I know what type the video signal port of your chromebook is, you could buy a " video signal port type " TO HDMI connector. Hope it will help you.

Hi. I bought Kamvas 13 (not pro) and I have Chromebook Lenovo 300e 2nd gen AST in which specification is 2x USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 (support data transfer, Power Delivery and DisplayPort™) and version of Chrome OS is 115. Will be able to connect Kamvas 13 to this Chromebook using 3in1 cable and adapter USB C to HDMI female adapter or I need special USBC to USBC cable?
