The pen that came with the tablet isn't working
So I bought a Kamvas 13 yesterday and today the pen stopped working. It won't do anything it won't even move my mouse. I have tried reinstalling the drivers and switching the USB port and it still doesn't work
Hi K_ Night, when the pen stopped working, does the driver still show "Device connected"? If it does and your pen do not work with our without the driver, we will further test your tablet using our QC software. But, if your tablet is showing as "Device disconnected", it is possible that your issue may be caused by either the cable or the port. We will further assist you through your ticket.

It does show that my device is connected and it doesn't work with or without the driver. What do I do next?
